Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?+
Credits are used for AI image generation and some premium post-gen actions. A Schnell generation costs 1 credit, Dev costs 4, and Pro costs 10. Free users start with 20 credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance that does not roll over.
What about the tools — do they cost credits?+
No. The tools (Packshot, Remove Background, Upscale standalone, Resize, Object Remove, Watermark Remove, Blur Background) are rate-limited per day instead of costing credits. You pick a plan for the daily caps, and everything within that cap is free of credits.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. You keep access for the rest of the paid period. No early-cancellation fee. Cancel from your dashboard or by emailing support@pomora.ai.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Signup bonus and one-time pack credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits reset at each renewal.
How do refunds work?+
EU/UK customers get a 14-day statutory refund on new subscriptions (with limited usage). Credit packs are refundable if unused. Failed generations auto-refund credits. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Which models do you use?+
For generation: Black Forest Labs FLUX (schnell / dev / pro) via fal.ai. For upscaling: aura-sr. For inpainting: FLUX Pro fill. For background removal: an open-source model running on our own infrastructure.
